How We Get the Gloves From The Manufacturer to You
We’ve worked hard for 30 years to source from the top manufacturers around the world so that we can deliver as much durable and resilient hand protection as you need. Starting with our manufacturers, there are a few steps involved:
Manufacturing Process
Nitrile gloves are made from synthetic rubber, and are designed to be stretchy, flexible and puncture-resistant without the inclusion of latex. The manufacturers will use a process of copolymerization, in which butadiene and acrylonitrile are infused to form the flexible material. From here, hand-shaped formers will be dipped into a vat of this new material, and then they will be allowed to dry and harden into wearable gloves.
Quality Control
Our manufacturers abide by the most up to the minute safety guidelines out there, and with that in mind, we make sure the gloves comply with FDA requirements. The gloves are tested for sterility and structural consistency at the manufacturing site by SGS. We also ensure that the dimensions and physical properties of our gloves are in line with ASTM 6319 and 6978 standards. We verify our transaction documents and certifications, to ensure authenticity and avoid counterfeits.
Your safety is as important to us as it is to you, and this is a process that you can trust in. Our manufacturers also provide SGS for verification on our transaction documents and certifications, to ensure authenticity and avoid counterfeits. Your safety is as important to us as it is to you, and this is a process that you can trust in.
